How 3CompLabs handles information submitted through the CertAssura marketing website.

If you contact us, we process the name, work email, organisation and message you choose to submit so that we can respond to your enquiry. Please do not include passwords, private keys, certificate material, sensitive findings or unnecessary personal information.
Security and abuse prevention
When the secure contact form is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile and bounded rate controls help distinguish legitimate enquiries from automated abuse. The form sends to a fixed 3Comp Secure recipient; the browser cannot choose a destination.
Use and retention
We use contact information only to handle the enquiry, protect the service and retain an appropriate business record. Contact-form values are not used as analytics event data.
